Plan
Identify the critical personal, financial, legal and heath care documents to gather and set a start and end date.
Gather
The easiest way to begin your project is to identify a location to collect your documents. Each time a new opportunity arises, simply place the new document in your collection location.
Document
After gathering all of your documents, fill out the information in your My Life Organizer workbook. Scan the documents and save to an external hard drive.
Maintenance
Review your documents at least once each year to ensure your information is up-to-date.
